A. CAREFUL ATTENTION TOWARDS WARNING SIGNS THROUGH COLOR-CODING SCHEME FOR FINANCIAL SUBSIDY REPORT
Part I. Description
With the goal to continually exert effort and achieve a successful school year, San Antonio National High School Paranaque implemented an EARLY WARNING DATA STRATEGY that promptly notifies an adviser/teacher when learners’ grades, attendance or performance create a red flag based on the monthly report of submitted SLM answer sheets through COLOR-CODING SCHEME FOR FINANCIAL SUBSIDY REPORT created by the school’s ICT Coordinator.
Rigid monitoring of the learners submitted output was done by advisers, subject teachers, guidance
teachers, and ICT Coordinator. Such strategy should ensure that teachers quickly act to provide appropriate interventions and ramp up efforts if initial interventions do not demonstrate positive results.
