Section 112. Transparency Seal.
To enhance transparency and enforce accountability, all agencies of the government shall maintain a Transparency Seal to be posted on their websites. The Transparency Seal shall contain the following:
I. Agency Mandate, Vision, Mission, and List of Officials

and contribute meaningfully to building the nation.
As a learner-centered public institution,
the Department of Education
continuously improves itself
to better serve its stakeholders.
To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where:
The Department of Education shall protect and promote the right of all citizens to quality education at all levels and shall take appropriate steps to make such education accessible to all.
It is mandated to establish, maintain, and support a complete, adequate, and integrated system of basic education relevant to the goals of national development. This mandate is anchored on the 1987 Philippine Constitution and further strengthened by the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9155).
